Let’s talk about the levels!
It is extremely important to us that you understand that the levels we have set for our classes do not define you as a dancer at all, it just allows us to divide our dance methodology and content into different units, and then divide those units into monthly programs, supporting each group with all the resources, from technique to repertoire, that they need on this beautiful path of latin dance.
Levels
Beginner
A beginner is someone who has never danced before or has had a small number of dance classes elsewhere. Maybe you are a person who danced some time ago but have forgotten the basics. This is the class for you.
Improver
An improver is someone who knows basic steps, understands the basic timing required to dance, and feels comfortable doing the basic steps with a slow, medium and fast song . To join the IMPROVERS class you must join BEGINNERS class for 4 or 8 weeks, when you feel you are ready it’s time for IMPROVERS.
Intermediate
In this class, you are putting together everything you learned in the improvement class.
You are able to confidently and firmly lead if you are a leader and can follow a lead well if you are a follower. You have created a strong foundation and are ready to keep learning the repertoire
