Good energy is contagious, that’s what we have experienced through our dance classes at “Timba con Tó Cuban Dance School”. But we want to keep spreading this good energy with you through the Latin Dance Workout Program to dance, sing, have fun and move our bodies together.

Get ready to salsa, merengue, chacha, reggaeton and cumbia your way to a healthier, happier you.

We’ll be focusing on cardio, strength, and flexibility combinations that will challenge you and will make you have a great time!!!

So mark your calendars, grab your water bottles, and get ready to join me for a high-energy, Latin ​D​ance ​W​orkout

The class will be held every Thursday for the next four weeks.

Address: All our in-person classes are held in The Pilates Room Studio at 1201 N. Tioga Street, Ithaca NY

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Full program (4 hour class/ 1 per week): $69
Drop in (1 hour): $20

Recommended: Comfortable clothes and shoes, a towel and water.
